Border Force officers celebrated on Wednesday 27 June when Alison Statham, Director of Operations at the Anti-Counterfeiting Group (ACG) visited Heathrow airport to officially present an Excellence in Anti-Counterfeiting award.
The ACG award panel overwhelmingly voted Mike Burt, Dominic Roberts and Emma Bridge winners of a Special Commendation Award for their exceptional enforcement work in tackling intellectual property (IP) crime.
Alison explained “Mike, Dominic and Emma actively supported the brands last year and went above and beyond to raise awareness of the issues of counterfeiting and the importance of intellectual property at Heathrow, the Home Office and even joined us at our IP Roadshows.”
