ACG IP Roadshow in Liverpool

10 March 2017

Liverpool IP RoadshowThe Anti-Counterfeiting Group (ACG) enjoyed a very warm welcome from Liverpool yesterday when they held an Intellectual Property (IP) Roadshow at Liverpool Football Club.

Over 45 ACG brand representatives chatted during breaks to enforcement delegates about the issues relating to counterfeit goods and techniques to identify the fake.

Enforcement delegates from the police, HM Revenue and Customs and Trading Standards heard from ACG about its recent initiatives and received an IP legal update from the Chartered Trading Standards Institute.

Later that afternoon a panel of IP experts from National Trading Standards eCrime Team (NTSeCT) , Manchester City Council and Police Intellectual Property Crime Unit (PIPCU) presented and answered questions on their latest innovative enforcement activities.
