ACG provided brands with complimentary brand protection and anti-counterfeiting training today, at the offices of De La Rue. Delegates heard from experts about how to protect their brand and their businesses, with presentations covering; enforcement and litigation, investigations, authentication technologies, online digital protection and intelligence management.
“Developing a strong brand protection strategy is important to the success of a business and it combats the loss of revenue, reputation and customer trust that happens when goods are counterfeited. This training is specifically designed to give brands an opportunity to explore new ideas on how to protect their brand and how to raise the profile of the brand protection work that they do” commented Phil Lewis, ACG Director General.
ACG would like to thank De La Rue for sponsoring the event.
ACG represents more than 3,000 brands affected by this influx of fakes into the UK and delivers an international network of information, advice and contacts on all aspects of IP protection. Working with Government and law enforcement agencies since 1980, ACG is focused on providing an effective and sustained response to counterfeiting.
