A market trader from Bournemouth has been prosecuted and fined after being caught in possession of over 650 counterfeit items, including branded sportswear watches and sunglasses, at Portland Market.

Paul Bow and Daniel Bow of William Street, Merthyr Tydfil pleaded guilty to offences under the Trade Marks Act. These matters related to the sale of counterfeit goods following an investigation carried out by Merthyr Tydfil Trading Standards Service.
